For me, within neuro-symbolic, this could be the best thing that’s happened to symbolic AI. LLMs could help solve symbol grounding, and symbolic could help with the points in 4. We just need to figure out the right architecture for integration. 10/n

Finally, my master inventor status was renewed at @IBM, mainly for mentoring others through the patent process (as enjoyable as inventing!) and I recently achieved L3 developer certification (thank you @dalelane and Chris for reviewing 👍). 7/8

I thought I'd share some work updates as I've been fairly quiet recently. Firstly, my PhD on neuro-symbolic learning. I'm ~3 years in (part-time), and I have a lot of work still to do. I am enjoying it, even though it requires a lot of juggling. 1/8
