The CPD is furiously spinning this debacle. After hours of antagonizing community members, they tear gassed a low-income apartment building with ZERO WARNING. An on-site medic confirmed that an elderly resident and a baby were sent to the hospital due to chemical exposure.

@AntiNateSilver Most resources of this nature are siloed and limited in scope. But I was empowered to go the extra mile however it made sense. We got creative when others hands were tied. Constituents appreciated it and never forgot.
