Liam Williams was a talented amateur, boxed since he was a kid and was a genuine world title contender, the Mark Heffron fight has aged well. Chris wasn't troubled at all by him but was guilty of stepping off the gas.

Blackwell had just ko'd John Ryder who is a talented fighter. Liam Williams had just lost a decision to Andrade but was previously ripping through some decent fighters and was a genuine contender. Yildrim stopped too.

It was very different then. Funnily enough the first fight I ever watched on ITV big fight live was Eubank v Corti. I think I was about 7. Who would have thought we would be discussing a Eubank fight in 2022!!
