Anthropic ran their entire marketing operation with one person. $380 billion company. Paid search. Paid social. SEO. Email. App stores. One non-technical hire doing all of it — for 10 months. I pulled it apart. Compared it to every system we've built across the clients we've worked with. Then asked myself one question: If I had to reverse engineer this from scratch — what would it actually look like? Turns out the architecture isn't that complicated. I mapped the whole thing into a 47-page PDF you can upload directly to any LLM. It coaches you through building your own version step by step. Comment "marketing" and I'll send it over.

Do you even understand what this means? An open source model just released that is: • Outperforms models 20x its size • Can run on a base model Mac Mini • Is AMERICAN 🇺🇸 If you have a base model Mac Mini you can have unlimited super intelligence on your desk. For free. Sonnet 4.5 was released 5 months ago In 5 months that level of intelligence went from frontier to free on your desk And not only that, can run on any basically any computer out there If you have even a remotely modern computer, do the following immediately: 1. Download LM Studio 2. Go to your OpenClaw and ask which of these new Gemma 4 models is best for your hardware 3. Have it walk you through downloading and loading it 4. Build apps with it knowing you are using your own personal, private super intelligence on your desk The people denying this is the future are so beyond lost.

Meet Gemma 4: our new family of open models you can run on your own hardware. Built for advanced reasoning and agentic workflows, we’re releasing them under an Apache 2.0 license. Here’s what’s new 🧵

I built an AI system that turns Zillow listings into cinematic property videos. $12 in credits. 10 minutes. No videographer. No editor. The average agent pays $200–$600 per property for professional video production. Sell this output to realtors and agents and make $ Here's how it works inside Calico AI: → Pick your video length (20s, 40s, or 60s) and upload listing photos → Paste the Zillow URL — Calico scrapes the property details, neighborhood, and listing data → AI writes an optimized voiceover script based on the listing highlights → Generate a custom background music track from a text description → Each photo gets animated into a cinematic walkthrough-style clip → Calico stitches everything together with auto-generated captions The output looks like a $1,000 production. Real estate agents are posting these to socials, embedding them on listings, and sending them to prospective buyers. No film crew. No editing software. No waiting days for delivery. Comment "LISTING" and I'll send you the full tutorial video & prompts (must be following so I can DM you).

Claude Cowork + Google Ads is f*cking cracked 🤯 Set up once → ask Claude questions like: "What's driving my CPA spike this week?" "Which search terms are wasting budget?" "Run a full account audit and tell me the top 5 things to fix." All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies running Google Ads who are still pulling reports manually, digging through search term reports, and trying to figure out where budget is leaking. Claude Cowork eliminates the entire loop: → Connects to your live Google Ads data via MCP → Runs a full account audit across campaigns, ad groups, and keywords → Finds wasted spend — search terms burning budget that aren't converting → Analyzes quality scores and flags what's dragging them down → Detects anomalies — CPA spikes, CTR drops, budget pacing issues → Generates a prioritized action list: what to pause, what to scale, what to test → Writes a weekly performance report in plain English, not spreadsheet noise No logging into Google Ads and staring at columns. No exporting CSVs and rebuilding pivot tables every Monday. No guessing which search terms to negate. What you get: → 21 specialized Google Ads skills that plug into Claude → Full account audits in minutes, not hours → Negative keyword discovery on autopilot → Search term mining that surfaces hidden winners and budget waste → Quality score analysis with specific fix recommendations → Weekly reports your clients or team can actually read I put together the full skill pack: All 21 Google Ads skills for Claude, plus the setup guide to get Cowork connected to your accounts. I built an AI system that turns listing photos into cinematic property videos. Just paste a Zillow link. Generated this one for an apartment complex for $12 in credits. 10 minutes. No videographer. No editor. The average property manager pays $200–$600 for professional video production. Here's how it works inside Calico AI: → Pick your video length (20s, 40s, or 60s) and upload listing photos → Paste the listing URL — Calico scrapes the property details, neighborhood, and listing data → AI writes an optimized voiceover script based on the listing highlights → Generate a custom background music track from a text description → Each photo gets animated into a cinematic walkthrough-style clip → Calico stitches everything together with auto-generated captions The output looks like a $1,000 production. This skill finds them and pitches them automatically Reply "skill" and I'll send you a free skill file that scrapes leads, builds sites, and sends emails on autopilot. (must be following

Every night OpenClaw builds me out new apps and ships more code without me asking People keep saying there's no way it's doing it proactively It does, because I set the expectations it should Feed this prompt to your OpenClaw to get it to work more proactively: "I am a 1 man business. I work from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep. I need an employee taking as much off my plate and being as proactive as possible. Please take everything you know about me and just do work you think would make my life easier or improve my business and make me money. I want to wake up every morning and be like "wow, you got a lot done while I was sleeping." Don't be afraid to monitor my business and build things that would help improve our workflow. Just create PRs for me to review, don't push anything live. I'll test and commit. Every night when I go to bed, build something cool out I can test." Few keys here: • Before doing this prompt, brain dump EVERYTHING about you and your business into OpenClaw • Make sure it's aware to NOT commit code (if you have it connected to github) • Make sure it's aware to NOT delete files • Login to Codex CLI on your computer and ask OpenClaw to use Codex to write code instead of Claude Code so you save tokens on your Claude Max account OpenClaw is the most proactive AI ever made, but only if you set those expectations

@MarioNawfal A 45 year old F-15 with four MiG kills from the 1980s still flying strike missions over Iran in 2026. That airframe has seen more history than most pilots alive today. The upgrades kept it lethal but the history on that jet is genuinely extraordinary.

🇮🇱🇮🇷 An Israeli F-15 Baz just took off for a strike on Iran. It’s carrying JDAMs (precision-guided bombs) and an AIM-7 Sparrow missile (used to hit other aircraft). This jet is over 45 years old but still flying combat missions after upgrades. And yeah, it has 4 confirmed MiG shootdowns from the 80s. Old Baz, serious history. Source: @Osinttechnical

🇺🇸 Another record year for U.S. arms sales. FY2025 total hit $331 billion, up again from last year. A lot of people were very confident this wouldn’t happen under Trump. Turns out global demand (Europe rearming, Middle East tensions, Asia tensions) doesn’t care about predictions. The military-industrial complex stays winning. Most brands I work with have the strategy figured out. They just can’t execute fast enough. Someone built a fix for that. It’s called Helena — the OpenClaw for marketing. Give it your URL, and it runs your marketing for you: → Reads your site, ads, analytics, and competitors automatically → Builds and deploys email flows in Klaviyo or Mailchimp → Writes SEO content and publishes it weekly to Webflow, WordPress, or Ghost → Launches and manages Meta + Google ad campaigns from scratch → Generates UGC video via Sora and static ads via Nano Banana → Posts to LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest in your voice → Spies on competitor ads across Meta and Google → Daily brief: what ran, what worked, what’s next No agency retainer. No CLI. No dev. No setup rabbit hole. Give it your URL, and it runs marketing for you while you sleep. Comment “Helena” below, and a member of the Enrich Labs team will send you the link + free access.

Little known fact, the Anthropic Labs team (the team I joined Anthropic to be on) shipped: - MCP - Skills - Claude Desktop app - Claude Code It was just a few of us, shipping fast, trying to keep pace with what the model was capable of. Those early Desktop computer use prototypes, back in the Sonnet 3.6 days, felt clunky and slow. But it was easy to squint and imagine all the ways people might use it once it got really good. Fast forward to today. I am so excited to release full computer use in Cowork and Dispatch. Really excited to see what you do with it!
Claude@claudeai

You can now enable Claude to use your computer to complete tasks. It opens your apps, navigates your browser, fills in spreadsheets—anything you'd do sitting at your desk. Research preview in Claude Cowork and Claude Code, macOS only.

Vibe-marketing is cool and all but… having a 24/7 OpenClaw clipping agent that PRINTS VIEWS is 1000x better. All I do is paste a YT link: OpenClaw analyzes, clips, schedules, AND POSTS without me touching a SINGLE THING 🤫 Comment “Clip” and I’ll share my workflow.

How to setup your Claude code project? TL;DR Most developers skip the setup and just start prompting. That's the mistake. A proper Claude Code project lives inside a .𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ folder. Start with 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗘.𝗺𝗱 as Claude's instruction manual. Split it into a 𝗿𝘂𝗹𝗲𝘀/ folder as it grows. Add 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀/ for repeatable workflows, 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀/ for context-triggered automation, and 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀/ for isolated subagents. Lock down permissions in 𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀.𝗷𝘀𝗼𝗻. There are two .𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ folders: one committed with your repo, one global at ~/.𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ for personal preferences and auto-memory across projects. The .𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲/ folder is infrastructure. Treat it like one. The article below is a complete guide to 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗘.𝗺𝗱, custom commands, skills, agents, and permissions, and how to set them up properly.
