It was inspiring last week to take @TMETrust colleagues on ‘Study Tour’ to Gloucester to visit three @GreenshawTrust schools, kindly facilitated by @PFarmbrough and @JoeAmbrose_ed.

Highest whole school attendance at Christmas. Highest last week of the Autumn term attendance. Some very positive strides forward in our attendance culture since September with a lot more exciting work to do in 2025. Well done @HolmleighParkHS

I've been lucky enough to visit one of @richardtutt's schools, learn from him and then work with him. Always felt he championed me. He is brilliant and a huge influence on my career. No surprise to see him having this impact.

Has anyone in the country had the level of impact that @richardtutt has had in English schools? 7 schools that let down communities now don’t. All this has changed in less than 2 years. He has enabled thousands of children opportunities and choices they would otherwise not have.

Feels surreal but this is my job ⬇️ . VP T and L/Curriculum the best job in any school (imo!) and THRS is a special school, believe me, where I’ve had the most incredible 3 years. I’m not leaving, just stepping aside to work more flexibly and can’t wait to see what happens next!

On Wednesday we dropped off the Christmas cards written by HP students to the residents at Pinetree Court, Saintbridge House, Cavendish, Brunswick House, Westbourne and The Knoll care homes. 12 wonderful students sang carols to the residents, accompanied by Miss Lewis on the 🎸
