(The HSQC has only been running for a couple of hours so there wasn’t any real problem in halting/restarting it, besides demonstrating my own idiocy)

Thought that my NMR acquisition was faulty, stopped the 3/7 day run to diagnose the problem. The problem was me, not checking that it wasn’t just zoomed in on a tiny area of the spectra. Never let anyone tell you that I don’t work effectively on Fridays

First day of the mental health first aid course provided by Imperial. Really important aspect of inclusion which we as a society have only recently started to wake up to.

Really productive experience at #FDMixtures - condensing research into 5 minutes but allowing for discussion seems far more useful than a series of monologues - other conferences take note! Thanks again to the organisers for such a positive time.
