Deeply saddened to attend the funeral of @irecanbiz’s friend & colleague Ambassador Jim Kelly this morn. Jim’s family did him proud with a beautiful send off in the presence of @PresidentIRL, the Papal Nuncio, many @dfatirl colleagues, family & friends. Rest in Peace Jim 💙🇮🇪🇨🇦
