PHB is committed to diversity in contracting for our projects. Our goal of 30% Disadvantaged, Minority-owned, Women-owned, and Emerging Small Businesses (DMWESB) contracting for hard costs is bringing economic opportunity to women like Bridgette, and helping our community thrive.

Smoky days can be dangerous for people living outside. Keep an eye out for unhoused neighbors and call 211 to connect to services like day centers and shelters.

#alert Air quality today will vary throughout the County as stagnant winds are keeping wildfire smoke at ground level. We've posted a yellow burn advisory as a precaution and will be monitoring with @NWSPortland and @OregonDEQ. You can check AQ at airnow.gov
