@DavidSacks Well that’s partly true. Let’s see, Trump is a real convicted felon. He has claimed credit for overturning a fifty year precedent of a woman’s s constitutional right to an abortion. That’s real. He was found guilty of sexual assault. That’s real.

There are a lot of differences between Trump and Harris but the biggest one may be that he’s real and she’s fake.

@Scaramucci How long I was telling you that it was not rationale for you to be so sure more than 6 months before the election to be so confident of a Biden victory. Before tonight you had a tossup with Trump leading in key states.

That was brutal. President Biden lost the debate. It could cost him the election. They have to switch up their strategy immediately.

@Jason @Jason whatever issues we may ALL have at times with Biden (or the democrats writ-large) I don't see how you (a man of moral character) could entertain supporting someone like Trump? A man who incited an insurrection, and for hours refused to intervene, despite the loss of life.

As we've discussed on the pod many times, any besties can add topics to the docket -- but that doesn't always result in other besties engaging in it. The art of the docket and moderating All In has been figuring out which stories will engage all four besties -- and then having some laughs :-)

As executive producer, I've always built the docket around tech first, then markets, science, and media, and finally, whatever the biggest story of the week was outside of that (e.g., COVID, stonks, Ukraine, etc.). With the show's popularity (and podcasting generally), all the presidential candidates have wanted to come on. Most listeners really love those episodes (Vivek, RFK, Christie, Dean Phillips), and two of the four besties are really into politics. Personally, I like the tech, media, and market segments most. Trump is Al Capone but he has figured out a way to make his followers believe that he is the white Mandela. He is also challenging the integrity of our system, and the rule of law in the United States, which has made us all very successful in this country. Yes all of us ( there are people that have more than others of course but there is opportunity to rise here like no other country) While there are imperfections in our union, it has been a 200+ year successful work in progress. Mr. Trump wants to demolish that due to his own personal hurts and emotional distress. The democrats need to do a better job of explaining this. Also the Biden position on crypto may cost him more than he realizes. It was a really bad decision to veto that bill. Especially at this critical time.
