I've been to Norway. There are numerous similarities to Scotland, offset by the language barrier, admittedly. But if a shared language is the main thing that binds us to England, why are English-speaking New Zealand and Australia so content to be independent?

Last week I said it, and I’ll say it again,
To be honest, I never really liked soccer… until Erling Haaland showed up.
That man is a straight up superhuman a freak athlete who makes the game exciting to watch. I still respect the hell out of him and love seeing what he does.
However, that doesn’t change the bigger picture. Just like the NFL and so many other professional sports leagues, I believe soccer is heavily rigged at the top level.
Haaland is the rare talent that shines despite the system, not because of it.
