Last night, thieves entered our compound. They scaled through the fence and started robbing the first flat. Before anyone could react, they moved to the second flat. Meanwhile, I was inside my room, no weapon, no security, nothing nothing, even the knife I have at home is not sharp! Just me, my phone, and intensive prayer. I was trying to call people for help, but the network suddenly became useless...I don't know if they jammed it or if MTN simply decided that my village people deserved a win.. As I sat there sweating and praying, I heard footsteps coming closer to my side of the building...My heart has almost left my body. I was already preparing myself on how I go chop the beating of my life, and how I will miss you guys here on X after collecting my phone, I've literally imagined a lot of things....
