Sustainability drives competitiveness and creates value for our customers and partners. We are proud to share that we reached our former SBTi-validated target to reduce scope 1 and 2 emissions by 46.2% by 2030, five years ahead of plan. In 2025, we also: ● Demonstrated how our products and solutions deliver competitive decarbonization for our customers through avoided emissions. ● Reaffirmed our near-term SBTi targets and added a new long-term net-zero target by 2050. ● Invested in circularity to mitigate our environmental impact and strengthen our competitiveness. ● Reached a historically high 93% participation in our employee engagement survey and maintained a high score of 79. ● Achieved a record-low Lost Time Injury Frequency (LTIF).
