If Incline Dumbbell Press is bothering your Shoulders, it is probably because you’re performing them like the guy in Video 1 and/or the angle is too steep

I have been doing incline dumbbells presses as my old gym was small and didn’t have bars. Hurt my shoulder so now doing smith incline bench. Ugh yeah, if you don’t do bench, you can’t really push big numbers magically. 225 will take me some time and I am pretty fit and strong. It is an accomplishment for anyone. Sometimes our community gets a bit myopic.
