Found the pause bug in Godot. _unhandled_input() continues working when the SceneTree is paused. You know, the thing you use primarily for gameplay input. This is "documented" but like, why?!

@Danicchi237 @JoovYT @FlippySuper Cause Vanilla is still a great experience and mods can change balance changes that don’t actually make the game any better. I know gmdx is aimed at trying to be close to vanilla but the vanilla doesn’t really need the changes added to make the game better, it’s already great.

@JoovYT @FlippySuper I’m gonna be honest if you want the experience most people want, avoid that mod for the first playthrough. Honestly for the way too dark thing it might be renderer you’re using. You can try the d3dx10 renderer but that can be tough to run cause of the extra visual stuff.

We’re also sorry that we didn’t communicate with everyone clearly enough before the event started. Our original goal was to lower the barrier to creation. In past contests, we saw players with great ideas and scripts who couldn’t fully bring them to life because they weren’t familiar with tools like editing, modeling, or animation software. We hoped AI could be a more accessible tool that lets more people take part. That said, we understand the concerns around AI content. We are not trying to dismiss handmade work or disrespect creators. To us, AI is just another tool. What we truly care about is the idea, the expression, and the final work. We’d like to leave the next step up to the community. Please vote on what we should do: 1. Cancel the AI video contest 2. Change it into a non-AI creation contest 3. Keep the AI category and add a separate handmade category If you have another suggestion outside of these three options, please feel free to share it as well. Thank you.

@ramen_ecchiraku @kozlovskyi79217 If you do play Dishonored, don't just treat it like a basic stealth-action game. Sure, it works, but that's not where the /sauce/ is at. Try to experiment, I can't stress this enough. Not using ⅘ of your loadout just cus you're not killing is taking the fun out of the sandbox

Main reason why SS2 isn't higher is because the final boss fight against Shodan cannot be beaten if you didn't invest into hacking at all. It's the equivalent of the game taking a fat dumb on core principles of the ganre. It's still damn good game and the pillar of immsims.

if you want to replay Prey(2017) I highly recommend the LUMA mod, as its adds prober HDR support and DLAA anti-aliasing which dramatically enhances the atmosphere of Talos 1. There's also the Real Lights plus Ultra Graphics Mod that really enhances the lighting of the game.
