Well it’s the same Reason why most artwork isn’t shared at high resolutions. One because it’s too large to be posted on most platforms and Two if we were to share it what reason would their be to buy the comic? We would be sabotaging our own sales and the reason why we were hired to do the cover. As far as my Tribunal cover despite me having drawn it it belongs to the rights holder of turtles and it's on them whether they want to offer it as a high resolution or not. but again if they can make money on it why would they want to offer it for free for people to print at home?

TMNT: Journeys 2 with a #TMNT2003 cover by @kharyrandolph & myself @EMannLand on colors. This dropped the Wednesday before #NYCC When a Fan brought it to get signed, it was the first time I saw it printed. Ironically I received my comps from @IDWPublishing wile I was away in NYC for the show. If I had them I would have bring them with me for you guys. Another time. By the way I put together a Timelapse a wile back where you can see the different states of Khary’s drawing from his roughs, to sketch to final line and then going all the way to my color work.

@TheOldTurtleDen It's a great show but it has it's flaws, specially after season 2, I'd say 9/10

@EMannLand That's why I will never abandon physical media, and for the stuff that is only remastered on streaming I will always download the pirate rips, it's only a matter of time for things to get removed from streaming

@Daniel6953 bought it, found out it wasn't good/wasn't HD and refunded everyone

So I've been doing some research and found a 1080p Blu-Ray release of Spider-Man The New Animated exists and was only released in Russia. The audio on the Blu-Ray is all in Russian, but using the Australian DVD release I can add the 5.1 sound in and make a HD English release.

@TMNT You should make a BluRay release to celebrate it, just saying

@soundslikejeff In that case, do you know if the 2012 Spanish dubs, both castillian and latin, were made 5.1? They've only been released 2.0 so far, but I suspect that they were made 5.1. Do you know something about it?

@TMNT To be honest, I'm not sure that's true, you usually make things really hard to the fans when it comes to watching a decent quality version of the animated series, and focus on products for little kids only instead of various ages, I hope all this'll eventually change for the best

@TMNT @paramountplus Great!! Normally I would be asking a remastered version, but since this is nick, I definitely preffer it this way, cause you guys always mess up the remasters, I'm absoluteley sure that you'd do an upscale instead of scanning the 35mm prints, so please keep it this way

@TMNT @paramountplus The 2003 and 2012 series aren't worth watching, picture quality could hardly be worst in the first 2012 season, and it's pretty bad in second. I'd say the same about the 2003, but the Paramount channel on Amazon proves that it can be much worst, something that seemed impossible

@EMannLand @LvcSm74850 I think they may even lost the HD version of Turtles Forever, cause nick says they provided their best sources for this set, wich either is a lie or they lost the Beta Tapes. This set is the same awful upscale from Paramount+, so to me, they most consider this the best they have

@EMannLand This is all very intresting to read. And those beta tapes you mentioned, are they interlaced? Or they are progressive? And what exactly are those beta tapes? I'm guessing they definitely aren't betamax right?

Things you don’t realize about modern film and tv . Most digital content is upscaled from 2k to 4k. For as much as the film industry is in danger of loosing physical film the threat is even grater for digital formats. From changing formats to catalogtsofic data loss.

@FreshFromSewer I really hope this to be a new encode, one with a good compression, that looks far better than it does on the original DVD's and streaming, because if this is the same super blurry upscale that they put on @paramountplus, there is no way I will purchase this
