@DanielKimW There are other ways but that’s the way most players do it 💪💪💪 1000% if Kim and Ohtani played each other again, their shaking hands and hugging. And that’s Shohei Ohtani 🦄 the greatest of all time ✊

Just not into hugging and shaking hands during games. There are other ways to show respect for opposing players/teams. Once the game starts, I want my players to focus on winning #WorldBaseballClassic

Scott Boras said some things today very interesting on a Podcast called The Show with insiders Jon Heyman and Joel Sherman. Boras said that he "fully expects" to see 4 MLB franchises on Asia in the future. 1 in Japan, 2 in Korea and 1 in Taiwan.

Work Update: Joining the @Nationals as a Rehab Pitching Coach. Growing up in Korea, I thought 200‑pitch bullpens a day and collecting injuries/surgeries were the price of getting “better”. Somewhere along the way, all those scars quietly turned into a personal PhD in biomechanics and smarter training methodology. Left-hander Zach Logue and the Doosan Bears are in agreement on a one-year, $1.1 million contract, a source tells ESPN. Logue, who spent parts of three seasons in MLB, explored returning next year before re-signing with Doosan, where he thrived in his first KBO season in 2025.

Let’s be honest. #Mets had a terrible season this year, and changes were necessary if the org wanted to really win in ‘26. Team wasn’t going to win anything if roster remained intact. Losing Alonso, Nimmo, and Diaz is uncomfortable, but it’s just a start. I’d wait and see what other moves follow.
