Bingo, Nick. Those who would foment chaos in America both foreign and domestic (think George Soros, Reid Hoffman, the tech bro wives, China, Qatar, etc.) have accumulated massive resources that they happily spend to amplify their message of chaos, to make it appear they have wide support. Their support is a centimeter deep yet it's spread wide enough to appear broad. This is hard to stifle.

Yes Laura, there are a million things worse than a crying baby on a plane. Be thankful you can fly here there and everywhere. No Laura, sometimes babies are just difficult in the early days, but the parents have to be somewhere, perhaps to bury a loved one, or care for one. Have some grace for those few hours. No parent wants to fly with a crying baby.

Is there anything worse than a crying baby on a plane? I wish parents would control their children. It’s so disruptive. I refuse to believe a baby cries for 10 hours. At some point this is just bad parenting, right?

Let me explain what just happened 👇 5 minutes before the President announced a halt to attacks on Iran… someone placed a $1.5 BILLION bet on stocks going up and dumped $192 million in oil. 5 minutes… These trades were 4 to 6 times larger than anything else in the entire market. Whoever did this wasn’t guessing. You don’t risk $1.5 billion on a hunch. There was zero public indication this announcement was coming. No leaks. No press. Nothing. The only people who knew were in the room when the decision was made. Someone in that room picked up a phone. And within minutes they made more money than most Americans will earn in a thousand lifetimes. In a single trade. On a war that cost you $4+ a gallon gas and $16 billion in tax dollars. American citizens funded this war. Politicians are profiting from it. This is not the first time. Every major announcement from this administration has had massive suspicious trades right before it dropped. Tariff reversals. Policy shifts. War decisions. This is the most blatant insider trading operation in the history of American politics. It’s not even close. And it’s happening over and over in broad daylight. You would go to federal prison for trading on a tip from your cousin. These people are front running war decisions with billion dollar bets and nobody will ever ask a single question. Nobody will be investigated. Nobody will be charged. By tomorrow this will be buried under the next satisfying headline. Just like last time. And the time before that. The game is rigged. And they’re not even trying to hide it anymore…

BREAKING: Just five minutes before Trump's announcement to halt the attacks on Iran, massive trades reportedly hit the market. In one move, $1.5 billion in S&P 500 (ES) futures was bought while $192 million in oil (CL) futures was sold. These orders were 4–6x larger than anything else at the time. The trader seemingly made huge gains. Unusual.

I have a different idea about why Trump reversed course (again) and unilaterally called a cease-fire, before his apocalyptic 48-hour deadline expired. Most ascribe this change to market manipulation, and that's probably part of his reasoning, but I think there is something much larger at play. Susie Wiles, an ardent Christian Zionist, is still serving as Trump's gatekeeper. Joe Kent was excluded from the decision-making process that led to our joint Israeli-American sneak attack assassination bombing raids on 28 Feb. He would have counseled Trump not to make this catastrophic move. I'm pretty sure Tulsi Gabbard has also been locked out by Wiles. Meanwhile, neocon war hawks like Lindsey Graham and Ted Cruz, and, of course, Bibi Netanyahu, have unlimited access to POTUS Trump. Ted Cruz said he spent all day of 27 Feb with Trump, advising him to go to war against Iran, using the negotiations as a ploy. Trump has even laughingly referred to Pearl Harbor, bragging about the surprise attack. But even Susie Wiles can't keep the V.P. and the Secretary of State from seeing Trump in person. I believe his insane 48-hour deadline, to essentially see the entire Middle East gas, oil, petrochemical, electrical generation and water desalinization infrastructure destroyed in the war escalation, has caused Vance and/or Rubio to step in forcefully. Vance, as a former Marine, must be horrified by Graham's excited call for another Iwo Jima, (26,000 casualties, 7,000 KIA). Rubio must be taking angry calls from world leaders, warning against the catastrophe which will unfold if the Middle East is wrecked. Infrastructure that took 50 years and a trillion dollars to build cannot be rebuilt before the global economy is destroyed and mass starvation ensues. If this infrastructure is wrecked, millions will die of immediate dehydration. And it won't matter if the Strait of Hormuz is reopened, as there will be nothing to ship out. And America will be blamed, with Israel, for starting the war that triggered this unprecedented human calamity. I believe that Vance or Rubio, or both, have pushed past Susie Wiles to tell Trump to call off his insane 48-hour countdown to Armageddon, or they will resign, and tell the world why. A resignation by Vance or Rubio would make the Joe Kent resignation seem like a tiny hiccup. That's why I believe Trump invented his bogus "Iranian negotiations" story, to call off his 48-hour countdown.

Is there anywhere on Earth I can go where people have the principles and commitment to living free? I thought it was the US, but it's not anymore. The people here give lip service to freedom but jump at every cult of personality handing their freedoms over to their dear leaders at the slightest despotic whim. Where can a freedom loving person exist anymore?

That sounds marvelous Ann, in your utopia. Does the enemy get a vote? So you think Israel are the ones who do not want peace? I'm so sorry you've been subsumed. If Israel's opponents put down their guns, there would be peace. If Israel put down her guns, they would be annihilated. You disagree?

Israel does not want peace with Iran, Lebanon or any of their neighbors. They want it all. I want to see a return to a non-interventional policy as scripted by our first POTUS - George Washington. Free and fair trade for all. Restore manufacturing greatness in America and compete with everybody around the world. Everyone wins. Restore sound money across the globe making Gold the global currency denominator.

President Trump is working to get peace with Iran, if he can make this happen it will be a very good thing for our nation & our allies in the Gulf. The Israelis will be against this, but POTUS is strong & can get them on board.

@joeroganhq How about we begin with recognizing Israel's right to exist as a free country? We can branch out from there. That is what is meant by "regime change." A regime that says they can peacefully coexist with Israel. Is this possible?

I think we can all agree that there is no good reason for President Trump to travel to Beijing. This was true even before the Iran war. There is no reasonable purpose or outcome from pretending to negotiate with a tyrannical oppressive regime that thrives on not living up to deals, and thievery. I think POTUS must have thought that Xi would bow to his power and make substantial concessions, kicking the China can down the road while he tends to other matters? But why bother when they cannot be trusted and their economy is suffering terribly? Xi is on his way out, and knocking the legs out of China's stool is smart (Venezuela, Iran, Cuba), so let them stew where they are. Why give Xi the opportunity to orchestrate an assassination or hostage in an act of desperation, at a time we are fully engaged elsewhere? I see no point in giving Xi the honor of a Presidential visit, only danger and a waste of time. @VDHanson @realDonaldTrump

In the new drone and missile war paradigm, Iran will control the Persian Gulf and Strait of Hormuz indefinitely. Already tank attacks in Ukraine are obsolete, formations are attacked as soon as they assemble. Ships attempting to run the Strait of Hormuz will meet the fate of the 3 allied battleships that attempted to run the Dardanelle Strait in 1915. They will be sunk.

Does Trump really not grasp that (1) There's 0% chance Iran will open the strait in response to this threat; (2) There's 100% chance that if he follows through on his threat Iran will try to escalate along the same dimension? This man is getting scarier and scarier.

Michael it sounds like you've lost it, or are without much sleep? Maybe both? I agree Japan should be a staunch ally, and I believe they will be. You put the Iranian Mullahs and the proud Japanese in the same basket? See the beast? Destroy the best? Yet the Iranians are not the beast? Stop talking in tongues, and pray tell us who is the Beast?

Michael Yon: Callsign BIG HONEY
Battle for Okinawa lasted about three months. The Japanese commander committed sepuku. American deaths = 12,000+. Japanese deaths = 200,000+. And that was with intense US Naval/military and intelligence support and full-body support from Americans. Most Americans have no idea what full-commitment war means. My two Green Beret A-teams both trained intensely for what amounted to kamikaze missions into Poland. We almost certainly would all have died. I trained for three years to be a Green Beret kamikaze against Soviets. And I would have parachuted in there and done it. As with many US Special Operations forces, I always respected Japanese and Americans who gave their all. Deeply respected, and respect. And now with the advantage of decades of study and world travel, years in manufactured wars, I slowly and then more quickly began to realize this all is a giant, bloody game by elites who should be destroyed en masse. Our military and Nation is being systematically destroyed. Then comes military draft in USA. Draft of foreigners to genocide Americans. There will be massive famines. Print this out. Frame it. The Beast pitched our Japanese Brothers and Sisters against our American Brothers and Sisters. These Kamikaze are literally our best Japanese Brothers crashing into our Best American Brothers. Japanese and Americans were natural allies. The Japanese 442nd Regimental Combat team was the most decorated outfit for its size in all of World War II. Japanese died in huge numbers and with stacks of Medals of Honor and more -- in service to USA, who had imprisoned them. More accurately, The Beast did this thing. President Grant saw this clearly when he came here to Japan in 1879. That we were natural allies with Japanese. The 1945 Battle for Okinawa was American Brother and Sister vs. our Japanese Brothers and Sisters. See the Beast. Destroy the Beast. The Iranians are NOT the Beast. Now our Marine Brothers and Sisters are willfully being sent to their deaths in service of Evil. Gigafamine is coming. Kamikaze were not evil. I have massive respect for Kamikaze. And to our American Brothers and Sisters. I and many other Americans were American Kamikaze who never were called to do the mission -- others were, and may they rest in eternal respect and peace. Persians no doubt will take up the kamikaze and fight to the end. Why are we doing this to the entire world? Zionist death-cult. Including Christian, Jewish, and atheist Zionists. On a global scale, they are few in number. And are becoming weaker by the hour. I have never met a Persian or a Japanese I wanted to kill, or sensed needed killing. I am American. Proudly American. Now in Okinawa. Likely a scene of future battle. Japan must get energy from the closest sources available. Now. And fertilizer. Kamikaze never were evil. They were the Best. Many Americans have been Kamikaze. Sacrificing themselves for the Tribe. Everyone wants to be a hero until it's time to do hero stuff. It's time to do hero stuff.
Matt Bracken@Matt_Bracken48

Will somebody please explain to me how, with the Strait of Hormuz a no-go-zone for the U.S. Navy, and our warships driven out of the Persian Gulf, we can support a USMC amphibious landing on Kharg Island, 750 miles from the eastern tip of Oman?🧵 Is the Tripoli Amphibious Ready Group going to storm into the Persian Gulf, where our Burke-class destroyers won't go? Obviously not. This idea is insane. How about by helo and tilt-rotor? Out of range. What if they stage in Kuwait or Saudi Arabia for helo and Osprey lifts across the Gulf? Russia and China will tell Iran where to aim their drones and missiles while the force is assembling. Maybe a mass paradrop? Straight into an "Alamo" siege. Great idea. Not. What if the Marines just capture some of those "small" islands in the Strait of Hormuz? Qeshm is bigger than Okinawa. Larak is bigger than Iwo Jima. Any idea how many Marines and Soldiers it took to conquer just those 2 islands, at what cost in KIA and WIA? I keep reading absolute MORONS on X telling how some A-10s are "softening up" an area larger than South Vietnam, so that a few thousand Marines can attack and hold . . . what? It's as if space aliens studying only still images had no sense of scale of earth creatures, and thought a mouse could eat an elephant. It boggles my mind.

Let me explain the sinister nature of what Trump actually does to people. He asks: are you loyal to me? Yes. Good. No forever wars. Are you with me? Yes. No forever wars. Then he starts the wars. And now he needs you to be with him on the wars too. And then the Epstein files come out. Allegations involving children. And he needs you to look the other way on that too. That’s the mechanism. That’s how it works. He moves the goalposts incrementally. Each ask is slightly more compromising than the last. And by the time you realize how far you’ve traveled from your own principles you are so deep in that you can’t find your way back. Loyalty to Trump doesn’t mean loyalty to an idea or a policy or a vision for the country. It means asymmetric, unconditional, no-questions-asked loyalty to whatever he decides is true today. You have to understand the sinister nature of that to understand what is really happening in Washington right now. This isn’t politics. This is a loyalty trap.
