$IBRX Lynch syndrome carriers face up to 82% lifetime risk of colorectal cancer + multiple other malignancies. No great prevention options beyond constant surveillance & risky surgeries. Enter this groundbreaking Phase IIb trial (TRIAD5-Plus): Tri-Ad5 vaccines (CEA/MUC1/brachyury) + NAI (#ANKTIVA) — ImmunityBio’s IL-15 superagonist that supercharges NK cells & CD8+ T cells without expanding Tregs. Safety phases done. Well-tolerated. RCT fully enrolled. This is immune interception at the pre-cancer stage in genetically high-risk people. $IBRX isn’t just treating cancer - they’re engineering the future of preventing it in the most vulnerable. Multifaceted biotech renaissance in action.
Dr. Pat Soon-Shiong@DrPatrick

Here's the Lynch syndrome paper from NCI. The trial is supported by the Cancer Prevention—Clinical Trials Network (CP-CTNet), a grant-funded network from the National Cancer Institute’s (NCI) Division of Cancer Prevention (DCP) that performs early-phase cancer prevention clinical trials. This trial represents the first cross-network trial performed by all five grant recipients and their affiliated organizations, at a total of 16 study sites. As stated by the authors: "Our trial employs a vaccination strategy that addresses common reasons for vaccine failure by targeting multiple antigens, using a proven adenoviral delivery system, and studying an immune-competent high-risk population without active cancer." frontiersin.org/journals/immun…

As predicted in our Nant Cancer vaccine patent. Most excited to see the readout of the Lynch Syndrome trial to prevent cancer. 2 year follow up coming by next year. NK cell stimulation happening so far.

@US_FDA cut the red tape! Give this cancer patient the right to access #ANKTIVA! Your requirements for trials is killing people! @bullishbruk

I heard back from the CSS Institute last week… they sadly have no open trial spots for me at this time. I will continue to keep them updated, as I’m hoping something opens up for me there. I have a TMB of 34- extremely high for colon cancer. The below really reinforces my belief that #Anktiva and NK cell therapy would be truly beneficial to me. And to my two kids under ten who need their mommy. $IBRX @bullishbruk @LoriMills4CA42 @DrPatrick

$IBRX Our good Dr’s Sunday morning post is not subtle. Cancer immunotherapy is moving toward stronger, more scalable platforms, and Patrick is pointing right at NK cell stimulation, cancer vaccines, and prevention. The Lynch Syndrome trial readout next year could be a major one. This is not just bladder cancer anymore. The platform story keeps getting bigger.

The Ferrari Luce will likely do quite well and the LoveFrom team is beyond talented. I’m sure the passenger experience will be phenomenal. However, I was hoping to get something a little more BatMobile-y.

One thing many foreigners find unbelievable about Japan 🇯🇵 In some rural areas, people sell vegetables through unmanned stands. No staff. No security guard. You simply take what you want and leave the money behind. And somehow… it often works. Could this exist in your country?

rivers of ink will be spilled about the Luce design but my biggest gripe with it is that it's clearly made by people with no rage in their heart, and no sex in their veins ferrari is about love and anger in a way that wholesome california design bois will never understand

@elonmusk @RobertKennedyJc @DrOz Please help ImmunityBio, El Segundo, CA get the message out to people suffering from bladder cancer, lung cancer, brain cancer, even sepsis, among other maladies. FDA is moving ever so slowly. Saudi Arabia, Portugal, Macau and others are way ahead of us. Someday when you are at SpaceX Hawthorne, stop by. Support your countryman, Dr. Patrick and the ImmunityBio Team, with our mission to help alleviate the suffering. CSSIFM.org 15,000 are praying for our help. More each day. We could also use a squeeze on the insidious shorts pressuring our stock. Almost Ready to blastoff at scale. Medical miracle, unstoppable. Everyone read the Quilt studies and decide for yourself. @DavidDin @bullishbruk @Deepvalue69420 @bluefinsashimi @LoriMills4CA42 @mckenzielaw @SAAS1975 @SAAS1975 @EricTrump @joerogan @joeroganhq @VDHanson @bennyjohnson @BarronTNews_ @DanScavino

A farmer dies in April 2026. His son inherits the farm. The farm has been in the family since 1847. The farm consists of: 300 acres of grazing pasture, a farmhouse built in 1892, a barn, a milking parlour, two tractors of varying ages, a Land Rover that runs about 70% of the time, and a herd of 180 Hereford-cross cattle. On paper, the farm is worth approximately £3.2 million. This is because land near him has been bought recently by a London hedge fund looking for carbon credits, which has dragged the comparable value of every field within forty miles upward to a number nobody local can justify. In cash, the farm produces a profit of about £28,000 a year in a good year. In a bad year it loses money. The son also works as a fencing contractor three days a week to keep the operation viable. The inheritance tax bill on a £3.2 million estate, even at the reduced 20% rate, comes to approximately £140,000 after the increased threshold is applied. The son does not have £140,000. The son has never had £140,000. The son has £4,200 in his current account and an overdraft. The son sells 60 acres to a developer to pay the tax. The developer puts solar panels on the 60 acres. The remaining herd cannot be sustained on the reduced land. The herd is sold. The barn becomes a holiday let. A different family eats Brazilian beef this Christmas without knowing why the price went up. The Treasury collects £140,000. The land never produces British food again.

You might be wondering why I keep bringing $MRK @FDAOncology FDA’s Jan 6, 2027 PDUFA for $IBRX ANKTIVA sBLA (papillary-only NMIBC, no CIS) delays access for ~85% of patients despite data from same QUILT-3.032 trial as 2024 CIS approval — likely to protect Merck Keytruda’s BCG-unresponsive bladder cancer franchise. Patient Need: High-risk papillary patients require bladder-sparing therapy now to avoid recurrence/cystectomy; delay leaves reliance on limited options like Keytruda. • Keytruda Position: Approved 2020 for CIS ± papillary; dominates immuno-oncology revenue in bladder cancer. ANKTIVA expansion would compete directly. • Timeline Issues: FDA RTF + data requests (2025–2026) led to standard (not priority) review; creates 2.5+ year gap favoring Merck (BigPharma) over ImmunityBio. It is all by design slow walking it. Your thoughts? @LoriMills4CA42 @DrPatrick
