@skytv Your price increases to me are at over 10% across several services. I am realistic in expecting an API but over 10% is completely unreasonable and means you are no longer competitive. As a result, I would like to cancel all of my Sky services.

@Uber_Support Trying to get hold of a human being at Uber Support is the most difficult thing I’ve ever tried to do. How do I speak with an actual human being? All phone and chat support utterly robotic and useless.

@LeanneFlinn @HMRCcustomers Hi Leanne I had this before and for a mortgage. Mine was something to do with them estimating the first 6 months of the following tax year and auto-adjusted it on their system but not generating a new tax calc. Had to stay on phone. Dunno if that helps but hope it gets sorted x

@HMRCcustomers Trying to do a remortgage so need to provide tax calculations and overviews. Weirdly the overview does not match the calculations so they aren’t accepting it unless sorted. My accountant said it looks like hmrc have made adjustments but don’t know why?! Help!

2nd day I’ve been on hold to @HMRCcustomers for an hour and not been able to get through! I have an urgent matter but can’t speak to anyone! Grrr!!
