Twice. Saved both times by colleagues.
1 In Mpumalanga the brakes on the bakkie failed while I was driving, my colleague had to jump on the side to help.
2 In Limpopo a driver sped through a red robot and @Daniel_Linde had to act in a split second for us to prevent a collision.
