@NYSLabor Hey is the extra $300 not on top of what we get in regular unemployment? I see I gotten paid the $300 for last week but my regular amount was not paid. Thank you

FYI: If DOL increases your weekly benefit rate after you start receiving benefits, you are entitled to receive back pay for the weeks you were paid at a lower rate. If you don’t receive back payments within 3 weeks of receiving notice of an increase, get in touch. (MORE)
