@oceanbaes @kangsterrin That wouldn't make sense; if that were what they wanted, they wouldn't have even submitted the request to change the date. What they wanted was to delay everything to make her waste time and money, but their plan backfired.

@kangsterrin what scares me is that they might be trying to get this case dismissed because of the judge, and then file another case against dani in the future with a different judge.

in that case, this would lead to the lawsuit being dismissed if there’s no eviction submitted in due time.
