This might ruffle some feathers but..Honestly-my life got 100x better once I stopped the low vit A diet. It was too restrictive & I don’t even absorb fat soluble vits due to pancreatic issues. I loveee the freedom &my mental health has improved significantly! Just bein real here

if it’s okay to ask, what are your favourite struggle meals…? i’m talking less than 15 minutes to prep and cook. i don’t mind if it’s not the best nutritionally, i’m just looking for a way to eat more than late night take-out. life is hard atm, the least i can do is eat 🙇‍♀️

@hell_line0 Yuppp! I got my first period during a cheerleading competition..and I was a flyer!😅 Didn’t have any pads had to use toilet paper. I was so anxious and uncomfortable.
