I just found one of the biggest platform bug on @Polymarket that cost me my $8.5k portfolio today. Please watch this video. I opened the exact same BTC 5m market on two different devices right next to each other. My computer monitor shows 2 minutes and 50 seconds remaining. My MacBook shows 4 minutes and 02 seconds remaining. There is more than a full minute of time difference on the exact same live market. This video is undeniable proof of exactly why I lost my money today. I was trading on my computer earlier and I waited until the 5m time frame end. When Polymarket UI showed me on my computer the timeframe was completely over and the price was safely above the target, I placed a market up order to provide liquidity. I was 100 percent sure it was a zero risk move because your platform timer showed me the market was already finished and BTC price is up from the beat price. But because of this bug my computer timer was closing 1 minute earlier than the real market time. So after I placed my order believing the market was settled as Up, the actual market was still open. It kept counting the Bitcoin price movements for the next full minute after I placed my trade. During that hidden extra minute the price of BTC dropped and the market finally settled Down, instantly wiping out my entire portfolio. When people told me it might be a UI delay I was shocked, but now I have it on video. The Polymarket timer is completely broken and out of sync across devices. My Polymarket wallet address is: 0xf0AD2eeb8F898619460a38c015a7897a4E797651 Trade URL 1: polymarket.com/event/btc-updo… Trade URL 2: polymarket.com/event/btc-updo… On those above two trade i lost total $8500 The first video I just recorded now when i noticed this bugs and the second video i made when my trade lost and i didn’t have any reason how its happened. I am begging @shayne_coplan and the Polymarket support team to review this video. I did not make a trading mistake. I trusted a broken platform timer that showed completely wrong data and forced me into an active market I thought was closed. Please fix this massive bug protect your user and refund my loses.

IF YOU ARE TRADING CRYPTO ON @POLYMARKET YOU COULD LOSE YOUR ENTIRE PORTFOLIO IN SECONDS WITHOUT MAKING A SINGLE MISTAKE. I got rugged for $8.5k without making a single trading mistake. Yesterday when I woke up, I saw the Iran US ceasefire news and the market was volatile. I normally trade on Polymarket using my MacBook, but yesterday morning I used my desktop computer. I was watching every second of the 5m BTC chart. The candle closed and BTC was sitting at $71,560, well above the price to beat of $71,519.65. The 5m timeframe ended ended on my screen. Because I saw the market had clearly ended on my screen, I noticed a little 2 percent liquidity gap on the Up side. Within 5 seconds after the timeframe ended, I placed a market buy of $8,110 on Up. I decided to use my portfolio to provide liquidity to gain some small profit on a settled order. I thought it was completely zero risk. The candle had already closed above the beat price. But 40 seconds later the site showed a final price of $71,515.42 and resolved Down. My entire $8.5k portfolio was gone. Today I found out exactly why this happened. The Polymarket crypto timer syncs to the local device clock instead of a secure server. My Windows PC clock was running 1 minute fast. It was set to automatic update which is always updated and shows real time. I do not know why my computer time is 1m faster, but I cannot imagine a platform where millions of funds are traded every day relying on a user’s device local clock and feeding them completely wrong live data. The Polymarket showed the timeframe was completely finished but originally it was not. The actual on chain contract running on the backend was still open for another full minute. The broken UI let me place a trade on what looked like a settled market but actually shoved me into a live moving contract. During that hidden extra minute the price of BTC dropped, the contract settled Down, and wiped me out completely. A platform handling Millions of dollars should never rely on local computer clocks for live countdowns. @shayne_coplan please look into this I did absolutely nothing wrong, I made zero trading mistakes, and I was completely rugged by your false platfrom timeframe. @louispolymarket has confirmed he is checking it out yesterday but I still didn’t recivied any update. I truly hope the dev team fixes this UI flaw soon to protect their users and refunds my money.

Bro that is exactly the bug. On my computer screen the UI showed the 5m timeframe was completely over and the market was visually settled. But because the Polymarket UI timer relies on my local PC clock (which was 1 min fast), it fed me false data. The UI showed it was finished, but the actual on-chain contract running on the backend was still open and active for another full minute. So it let me place a market order on what looked like a zero-risk settled market on my screen, but shoved me into a live, moving contract on the backend.

X just revamped their API to finally be useful So I made a skill that searches X, modeled exactly like the native Claude Code research agent I've been asking like "find best clawdbot skills last 24hrs" or "what are people saying about [ticker] today?" github.com/rohunvora/x-re…

@UnslothAI U need 6k Mac Studio for this to run smoothly afaik. But it pay for itself in 6-10 months compared to paying Claude credits (if you can fit urself in the max200) then it’s like 3 years…

Claude Code is one of the worst named products. It's not just for code. Watch this Hermès ad. 30 seconds. 8 shots. Voice. Music. Even text branding burned in with ffmpeg. Clopus 4.5 wrote a script, orchestrated ElevenLabs, Google Veo 3, downloaded music and made this from scratch.

9/ Closing thesis. Video will keep eating social, betting will keep eating finance, and MEMEROT stitches the two together whether the market applauds or not.
