Disorderly Conduct. I got a DC about 15 years ago, I was watching guys about to fight, and I turned to the guy next to me and said “did that guy jump him earlier” and the dude said some shit back. I snatched him up by his collar and swung him around and up onto the hood of a car. I drew back to punch him, and got tasered. In the shoulder and chest. I swatted most of the connectors, so the charge wasn’t enough to drop me. But, I realized it was a cop, and got down anyways. So, I never hit the dude. BUT, in court the Judge said “disorderly conduct means you caused a negative event that did not have to happen”. Or some shit like that. Basically, he’s guilty.
