Democrats believe they are allowed to lose an election, but they’re never allowed to lose power. They can tolerate a Republican president, but only so long as the administrative state remains progressive, the universities remain progressive, the corporate HR departments remain progressive, the civil-rights bureaucracy remains progressive, the courts continue issuing progressive rulings, the progressive NGOs remain funded, and the media continues using progressivism as the lens through which everything is judged. But if a Republican coalition ever tries to dismantle those things, then Democrats immediately drop all the rhetoric about “democracy” and start calling it fascism, authoritarianism, White supremacy, Christian nationalism, or any other term they can throw at the wall in order to morally delegitimize what’s happening, even if a majority of the electorate voted for it.

I did the math, and after the latest round of redistricting updates in Tennessee and Virginia, the 218th seat (essentially the district that determines control of the chamber in a neutral environment) in the House of Representatives is a tie between Wisconsin's 1st and Iowa's 3rd District. Trump won both of these districts by 4.5% in 2024. Once Louisiana redistricts as a result of the Callais decision, the 218th seat will remain one of these two districts because they have the same partisan lean. If Alabama's proposed map is implemented as well, the decisive seat becomes Virginia's 1st District (which has just been restored to its original configuration), which voted for Trump by 4.9%. If South Carolina also redistricts, the decisive seat becomes Pennsylvania's 10th District, which voted for Trump by 5.2%. If you look at 2020 results, the 218th seat in the House is Michigan's 7th District, which Biden won by 0.5% in 2020 and Trump won by 1.3% in 2024. Under the same math, if we include Louisiana, Alabama, and South Carolina all redistricting, the decisive seat under the 2020 results becomes Florida's 27th District, which Trump won in 2020 by 0.2% and in 2024 by 14.5%.

Woman who went to work for the social services department said she started out as a full liberal, but by the time she left the job, she came out a Republican. She says that through anyone’s Social Security number who applied for benefits, she was able to tell whether a person was working, owned property or cars, the status of their bank accounts, and their salary. However, she says there is a loophole that allows illegal aliens without a Social Security number to also apply for benefits such as food stamps, healthcare, housing, WIC, and childcare. If these illegals had children, their kids would receive benefits as well. According to her, the department had no way to verify whether these immigrants had income, owned property, or how much money they made. She claims that illegal immigrant parents would receive $1,200 per child, plus $275 per person in cash assistance and food stamps, not mentioning free housing or other benefits. She also says that some people applying for benefits would show up with their hair and nails done, carrying expensive accessories and driving luxury cars. Meanwhile, American citizens often would not qualify for the same benefits. She added that this exists especially in liberal-led states like California, where leadership does not put regulations in place and allows this kind of fraud and abuse, while hard-working citizens are left to pay the bill. If this doesn’t make you angry, I don’t know what will.
