Fundamentally this is a sinking ship. They've lost a long serving customer to competition & the topline impact is significant. In a few quarters this will start showing in the falling topline. Nonetheless, for a TA all this doesn't matter as you can scalp a trade and exit by the time all this plays out.

Our partnership with Vi on International messaging was effective for 2 years from term sheet and will expire in Nov 2023. We differentiate on technology leadership and innovation – continuing this partnership necessitated financial structuring which we were not comfortable with.
