There are solid studies showing an improvement in bowel issues with zero fibre diets. Vegan = low IQ

Just wanted to say thank you to Layne Norton @BioLayne for publicly apologizing and retracting his previous statement that I was a fake doctor, and recognizing publicly that I am a licensed medical doctor and physician after seeing the evidence of this for himself. . It can be very easy to jump on the bandwagon when others say something negative about someone you don't get along with, but it takes a big person to admit their mistake and correct the record. . Unfortunately there are others who are being more resistant to admitting their mistakes in making defamatory and slanderous statements, and for those I am seeking legal recourse. But here at least we've come to positive resolution. My pig is ready to be butchered and idk if I can do it 😭 She’s so big but so sweet- I just feel awful about putting her on a trailer to go to an unfamiliar place, she’s going to be scared I know this is part of raising animals, but it’s really hard

The happiest country on earth (Finland) just joined the parade of countries revising their food guidelines: less meat, more fruit & veggies. We interviewed a Norwegian scientist yesterday who helped revise their guidelines; fascinating, will post next month.
