What would AAU teams do without social media? Love seeing them post highlights of multiple players DOMINATING in a tournament. Only to find out they left out the team went 0-4 in the same tournament. You would think with 5 kids having highlight reels, they won at least one game

@AngelShedeway Why does it always have to be a comparison? Why can't they both be great players and enjoy watching them both? People should just watch and enjoy not only these two but all the great players in their league and stop the comparisons.

Paige Bueckers is way better than Caitlin Clark. She’s a dawg and is more versatile! She’s a great teammate and advocates for Black Women and Black causes too. That’s why the racists don’t like her as much.

@CoachLisle Kids also don't realize that if it is a choice between playing basketball or working instead to pay for school, they would need to work more hours in a week than they would need to put in for basketball if they are paying 100% of the cost of tuition, room, food, etc.

Every HS kid I ask “wants to play” in college. But so many don’t want: 20 hours of practice/weights 20 hours of class/study hall 0 hours of “social life” Some weeks: 6-7 days a week. 6am starts. 10pm ends. Sooo...Do you REALLY want it?

@GoodmanHoops My son is a walk on and we talked about the portal. He decided it is better to stay where he is and work his ass off getting better, adding weight and muscle, etc. for the school that gave him the chance with the hopes of one day earning a scholarship.

We have now hit the 2,000-player mark in the transfer portal. Probably 100 or more are walk-ons, but that's still a staggering number just 4 days after the portal officially opened.

Think about that, an AAU tournament will bring in over $300,000 for one tournament. If their expenses are $150,000, very profitable tournament.

@degen_betting Jon Scheyer is 100% the reason for this loss. He became a spectator instead of a coach for those last 10 seconds. Under no circumstance in that situation should he not have used his last timeout.

Having watched this play close to a thousand times now, I think there needs to be more blame placed on Jon Scheyer. Boozer shouldn’t be trying to advance the ball of course, but why is Scheyer not using his timeout here???

@RKilbane32 @NOROHoops Laps is a difference maker. Under Holliday - 32-37 overall record, 14-24 conference record, and 0-3 in state playoff games in 3 years. With Laps - 47-7 overall, 23-5 conference, and 9-1 in playoffs with back to back final 4. Thank goodness they made the change.
