@AnotherBlchrBum @jackgiroux I’m not sure how showing up to games and being a true diehard correlate. Don’t have to be at the stadium to be a fan of a team that’s losing 121 games in ‘24. Many just won’t pay to see that. Doesn’t mean they aren’t a diehard fan. Still watching. Still hopeful for better.

@jackgiroux @DannyMillerFS Thats fair, but the argument that gets thrown around all the time about how the Sox fans are the true diehards loses credibility when the fans who have been boycotting the team immediately show up again when the Sox are good.

@jackgiroux I choose to look at it as a testament to the fact that Sox fans refuse to pay for a subpar product. Call it the smart side of consumerism if you have to. Demanding better isn’t a bad thing. It’s what this country was built on.
