@KevSmyth78 Fair enough, every challenge can be an attempt but he was never going to get the ball from that position was he? Penalty deemed enough these days then 🤷🏻‍♂️

@DannyPowers82 It’s not a red mate. Law is if an “attempt” to play the ball is deemed by the referee it’s a yellow. That way the offending team don’t potentially lose a goal, a player in game and a future ban.

Fuck me, how many fouls the ref gave in that first half that was never. Yerson yellow shocking, Tolu foul when using his strength, at every level ref’s are awful, shows they’ve never played or understood the game

At last watched ‘sinners’, it was good but was it 16 Oscar’s nominations good hmmm, in comparison I watched shawshank redemption again Friday night and I think that only got 7 🤷🏻‍♂️

Hopefully there’s a few more in that starting eleven who are gone in the summer #wwfc

Liked the look of angel gomes, very tidy on the ball and better range of passing than Andre. Everything went forward from him which was good to see. Armstrong worked hard tbf, chased lost causes, won a few flick ons, don’t expect many goals this season from him #wwfc

Two stupid fouls for the penalties and the set up from the off completely wrong, all he needed to was bring Gomes in for Andre and krejci back into the side. He’s been our best CB this season so was crazy to have bueno and yerson in a four, suicide #wwfc
