🚨 BREAKING: The Express just blew open a fourth leg of the Starmer pattern.
Their investigation found that Starmer's CPS office was "drafting and agreeing" Child Abduction Warning Notices with police chiefs — civil letters handed to suspected child rapists instead of criminal charges.
