I guess it's unclear how you are sizing if you are doing volatility targetting *and* ranking?

@nope_its_lily Very interesting -- thanks for the nice writeup. Let's say 2 out of 3 signals fire.. How do you choose your positions are you taking top N returning tickers in both fastest and mid lookback periods. If a ticker shows up in 'both' lists do you double it's exposure?
