This is my son Freddie, he is a keeper, and also has ADHD. Watching your kid as a goalkeeper is probably one of the biggest rollercoasters a football parent can go through. I listen to a lot of people tell Fred how easy it is to be in between the sticks whilst this is a common outfielders mindset it's hilariously wrong. My constant message to him and any goalkeepers that have found themselves in that situation is a goalie is the last line of defence. If that ball gets to you, it's managed to get past the strikers, midfield and defence. I fully believe that every player should have to take a shot in goals to understand how difficult the role actually is. You can make 100 mistakes outfield and have the chance to redeem yourself but if a goalie makes one, it's the end of the world ⚽️👐🏻🥅 #GKUnion #teamgrassroots #grassrootsfootball #GRF
