In der neuen Firma meines Mannes gibt es etwas wirklich Tolles! Jeder Mitarbeiter kann freiwillig direkt jeden Monat 5 EUR von seinem Gehalt abziehen lassen, das die Firma in einem „Notfonds“ anlegt. Gerät einer der Mitarbeiter irgendwann unverschuldet in Probleme, bekommt er 1:

To be fair: Da hat jemand ziemlich schnell geschaltet. Die Ansicht ist komplett rational. 40h vs. der outcome ist für viele extrem unattraktiv und daran ist wenig verwerflich. Würde ich nicht wirklich für das brennen was ich beruflich tue, weil es quasi DAS ist was ich machen will seitdem ich 6 Jahre alt bin, ich würde NEVER ever Vollzeit arbeiten in DE.

@therungg Is the 2nd point decided by a percentage or by total time? I think its should be percentage because losing by 10 minutes in a 10 hour run is not as bad as losing by 10 minutes in a 1 hour run

Racers, I made some changes to ratings: 1) Your first few races in a category, you will gain/lose more rating than before. You might lose or win 130 rating for your first race. This effect diminishes until your 15th race in a category. After that, your rating actually fluctuates less than before. No more -60 for a single race. 2) When you finish close to someone, you will lose less rating than before. This means that when you lose by 10 seconds, you will lose much less rating than when you lose by 10 minutes. Thanks for racing, hope you like these changes!
