What really happened was a free event held by a baroness for a company called whistleblower UK this not a political company. Its a not for profit, but it is how lobbying is done for donations without politically being orientated and was held within the Westminster building room 3a of its many conferance rooms. Anyone can go to these events, donations get you abilities just like in America pay 5m get a picture with Trump. It all works the same.
