Stepinac won the NYC CHSAA/PSAL "Undisputed Champion" title for the 2nd straight year by topping PSAL Champ Bronx Eagle 76-68. USC-commit Adonis Ratliff & Fordham-bound Hassan Koureissi each scored 24 pts. and helped the Crusaders pull away from a slim 58-55 lead to start the 4Q.

@_TomKeller Tappan zee girls basketball had to win against 2 private schools. They are state champs!!! When Ossining had their run, they had to win against the private schools just to get out of the section.

All these public schools who want to run from the smoke by making separate section away from “non-boundary schools” are cowardly to me. If you want to be the best, you have to beat the best. Simple as that. I applaud the public schools who aren’t afraid of playing anyone.

Stepinac got more hardware and t-shirts, beating Eagle Academy-Bronx 76-68 to win the CHSAA-PSAL championship.
