The good news: 2 fisheries were rebuilt in 2022.
The bad news: Fisheries managers & NOAA aren’t keeping pace with the impacts of climate change.

@DaveEDanna Yup im a lil ol lady 110lb dripping wet and just did presses on the bench today 1st time. BAR only, 45 lb is enough for me to start. YUP I use a trainer, never going back without . Smith machine is good but FREEWEIGHT is better as long as you DO IT RIGHT

The gym can be intimidating to fat people like me, or inexperienced gym people like me- that's ok!
This is my 2nd ever bench & I'm not sure I'm doing it right at all 🤷♂️ but I'll learn! I'm working on form & knowledge before weight 🙏
