Sorry to see the New York Times choose the anti-scientific side of the debate about alcohol and health. There's a difference between moderate drinking and binge drinking. There's a J-curve showing that moderate alcohol consumption is healthier than no alcohol consumption.

I didn't make my lamb curry last night, but it's blipping away on the hob now, and the aromas are making me ravenous. I've upped the chicken stock and I'm cooking the rice in with the meat directly. Am v hopeful.
