@Darceys1 @JustEatUK Having very same issue. Now have to wait days till email with photos answered for refund. Customer service sucks....this customer has walked. I stead reordering have went to competitor and another restaurant so both have lost out. Hope you get a meal @Darceys1

Disgusting service from @JustEatUK We emailed straight away when our meal arrived incorrectly after a 2.5hr wait and there’s nothing you can do about it.
