@capitalone PLEASE train your fraud dept CSR’s! Two of them gave me very incorrect info. I asked to speak with a supervisor to confirm and neither would allow. Very disappointing customer service! I’m happy to discuss so you can do better!

@XfinitySupport The worst customer service experience EVER! Every number we’ve tried the auto attendant just disconnects us. After 25+ years with you people we get no support. It’s been over a week of sporadic outages with no notice or explanation. We’re beyond angry!
