@aras_p I think the USD team would love help in creating a non boost version. It’s open source and Pixar is even hiring to increase its support.

And that's it! Coming from gamedev side of things, I am quite surprised about how many vfx libraries use Boost. It feels like *all of them* do, OIIO as well.
