No alarm bells are ringing in the Baltics. Russia’s aggression is a serious threat to everyone. However, it is important not to believe that the Baltics are defenseless. Today I signed a letter to the International Criminal Court urging a full investigation into Russia’s systematic strikes on #Ukraine’s energy and civilian infrastructure — clear violations of the Geneva Convention and may amount to war crimes.
 Combined with dehumanizing rhetoric, deliberate attacks on civilians, and other grave acts already under review, these actions edge dangerously close to genocide. 
#Lithuania stands firmly with international law and calls on all nations to support accountability for Russia.
