SEGA RAIDED MY HOUSE USING UNLAWFUL WARRANTS

On the 14th July 2025 @SEGA raided my home with the City of London police using invalid warrants, seized 150 consoles they acknowledge I own, arrested me for money laundering and refuse to explain what crime they suspect I committed. Time to expose everything. #GamingCommunity

Kinda funny. Edmonds Marshall Mcmahon, representing Sega, commented on the famous Post Office scandal, about corporations weaponising criminal process against innocent individuals. And now they’re defending that very same behaviour by Sega. And have accused me of being a vexatious litigant running an extortion campaign. I was arrested on a baseless claim of money laundering, my lawfully acquired property seized, my reputation damaged, my business destroyed, police tampered with the interview transcript purely to benefit Sega and even deleted the names of witnesses who could prove my innocent purchase, every attempt i’ve made to complain has been ignored. And i’m the one who is accused of being vexatious? The Article 13 argument is writing itself. This will go to Strasbourg if necessary. It’s all just so silly, why is everyone so incompetent?

1 year for the human rights claim, but that 1 year begins when the seized consoles are returned to me, so the time limit hasn’t even begun yet. 5 or 6 years for the misfeasance claim, and if anyone has tried to hide evidence that can be pushed back even further. Basically, they’re fucked.

@Dariusaurus @CityPolice I'm not familiar with UK law, do you have statutes of limitations for these offenses? Here in Poland, personal litigation is usually useless because the statutes expire before the court reaches a verdict.

I wonder if EMM (representing Sega) have contacted @CityPolice and asked them why they ignored a correctly pleaded Misfeasance pre action protocol? A pap that stated continued silence will be argued as continuation after notice was ignored LMAO Honestly I don’t think anyone understands just how screwed all three defendants are. This is genuinely a corruption scandal instigated by Sega and their complete and utter incompetence in being unable to deal with an office clearance. Now i’ve built a claim that will be cited alongside Three Rivers v Bank of England in every future Misfeasance claim in the UK. Multiple legal precedents will be set by both the HRA & Misfeasance claim, always wanted my name in a text book. All because someone thought a botched criminal raid to cover up corporate negligence was a better idea than giving me a call in 2025. Personal liability. Every single officer who entered my home, every Sega employee who approved the raid, or knew the truth about the clearance. Every Fusion85 employee who touched this case. Every single person will be held to account, as I said previously, I’m prepared for years and years of litigation, every document I receive is teaching me how the court system works, i’m learning your moves in real time 😂 But keep deluding yourself in to thinking you can win this.

Earned £49 last night as I went back to doing Amazon Flex deliveries for the first time since April 2022 🚗📦 If you’ve never heard of it, you basically deliver Amazon parcels in your own car using their app for navigation + parcel scanning. Really simple once you get going. The algorithm gods sent me miles away though, so it ended up being about a 50 mile round trip ⛽️ Still, £49 for 2.5hrs with guaranteed money isn’t bad compared to food delivery where you can sit around waiting for orders. That now puts me on £80 extra this week 💰 Probably keep £30 aside for petrol/tax and put £50 straight into investments 📈

Day 305 of being under investigation for a non existent crime after @SEGA colluded with @CityPolicePIPCU to raid my house, steal my consoles and fabricate evidence to retrospectively justify this unlawful use of state power. The lawsuits continue.

Talking to a customer in the scrapyard today. He’s currently in the family court fighting to get custody of his grandkids. It’s breaking his heart. His solicitor just said “no more legal aid” He survives by making a few pennies selling scrap he finds walking the street, no chance he can afford to pay for a lawyer. Every citizen in the UK deserves equal access to the best representation as a basic courtesy of living in a first world country. When this situation with Sega/CityofLondon Police resolves (and believe me, it WILL come to a conclusion) I plan to build something that changes access to justice forever for everyone. This is why you don’t present problems to a startup founder 😂

It’s quite funny that the law firm defending Sega built a reputation on fighting AGAINST injustice, and prosecuting those who break the law. Now they find themselves defending that very same behaviour against someone who is actually the victim. I guess lawyers only care about the money at the end of the day.

There is no third option. That sentence will haunt the defence when the Misfeasance claim is served You see, the private investigator who posed as a buyer and filmed my passport in my living room was told the legitimate context about the Sega office clearance where the consoles came from and my business model I was still raided and arrested on a baseless money laundering claim Which means either - @Sega knew the truth and misrepresented the situation to the police to procure a search warrant for their commercial gain Or - Sega told the police the truth and T/DC Calvin Postance of @CityPolice obtained a search warrant for the benefit of Sega by material misrepresentation. In both scenarios the mechanics of the state were used to curtail the rights of a citizen for the financial benefit of a private company There is no third option.
