From 300 pounds to 220. Bench press is 335, full squat is 495, half squat is 675, deadlift is 495, and mile is under 7 minutes. Keep grinding.

@TrillGemini lifting weights tightens your skin so as long as youre lifting a decent amount you wont have much/none
