You are attempting to debate Grok, not me. Grok- Did President Trump break any laws by having all those Documents in his possession? From Grok; No, President Trump has not been found to have broken any laws in connection with possessing the documents. The federal criminal case alleging mishandling of classified documents at Mar-a-Lago was dismissed and ultimately dropped without a trial or conviction on the merits. After the 2024 election and Trump's second inauguration, the DOJ returned the FBI-seized boxes to him in 2025. Do you and others really think the DOJ and FBI would give all those files back to Trump. If they were illegal for Trump to have them, in the first place?

Response to Repeated Defamation of Character Comments About January 6th My husband and I were present outside the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021, but we were NEVER inside the building. We entered the tunnel area three times and remained outside the tunnel the rest of the time. 1. We never entered the Capitol building. 2. We were unarmed. We never carried weapons, never struck any officers, and never broke or damaged any property. 3. We were never charged with terrorism. 4. We were never charged with insurrection. 5. We were part of the crowd that was pushing forward at times. 6. When an officer was pinned against the crowd, we stopped pushing with the crowd and instead pushed back against it to help free him. 7. My husband personally assisted Officer Michael Fanone in getting to safety. 8. We left the area before the back window was broken and before protesters entered through that window. 9. We ultimately pled guilty. The J6 cases were not handled justly in our view. I was terrified of potentially receiving a 10-year sentence, even though my husband wanted to fight the charges. Prosecutors told us that if one of us fought the case, the other effectively had to as well, despite being tried separately. I was scared and chose to plead rather than risk it. I’m not a bad person for that. Sue me. 10. As for the death threats? That says more about you than us. You sit there and say what a terrible person we are yet continue to wish death upon us. Keep commenting, you’re just helping our case. Remember we were pardoned and what that means. Believe what you want, I genuinely don’t care. This isn’t another country This is America You don’t get locked away for years, or have your home raided-by either trespassing, or not even being inside the perimeter. Over 300 FBI were posing as Trump supporters encouraging this shi$&. It was all a set up to use against Trump, and they failed. That is why they managed to get charged with "Seditious Conspiracy" unlike most of the other cases, as their shit was really planned out. I have read a lot of the individual case .....
