I saw it and was like 'is that Baron Harkonnen from Dune?' lol I'm still excited though, because I think trailers are getting better at not showing you all of the goods. We've grown used to that.

@RazorDak @DiscussingFilm One, it's got a director who's pretty damn good at horror movies. Two, a new main character isn't a bad thing. Just because it's not any of the main heroes we've grown to love and adore doesn't mean it'll be bad. (Coming from someone who hated 'Alice' in all of the old movies)

@calistri Just watched it tonight and it looked just like that picture XD As for the hate, the hate comes from the fact that it gets so much wrong from the game. Creatures look cool, but the storyline is so wrong from the original source and the director keeps doing that.

This screenshot is misleading. It’s been heavily altered with filters and/or photoshop to make the beard look bad. I don’t know who made it, but it’s clearly dishonest and meant to harm Return to Silent Hill. In the actual movie, it looks perfectly fine.
