@HighlandHomesTX How can you claim to be a PREMIER homebuilder like @DarlingHomesDFW and others but won't fulfill your homebuyers simple warranty requests like replacing a dead tree that was dying upon installation?

Really disappointed in the @Taylor_Morrison warranty department today. We found out the irrigation was installed terribly. According to the landscapers, our crape myrtles were actually rotting underground, since the line was put underneath and then in all of that sand.

@DarlingHomesDFW we have water leak within 1 year of purchase. We discovered darling home has patched the problem to sell the house. Customer service is not assisting. Had to shut off main line to stop any damage. Kids are without water for three days now.

@DarlingHomesDFW please explain to me how Darling wants me to close on my house when I have can lights dangling from the ceiling miss fixtures, fixtures in the wrong rooms, miss part of the fence, and MORE. House a mess. Builder confirm these things would not b fix bf closing.
