@elonmusk After service is equally important after purchase and delivery. Appointments are not available for weeks and after all that they don’t even acknowledge that there is a problem and work on the issue. All they do is reset. I have been dealing with a AC issue for a year now .

Please reply to this post with any difficulties you may have had in trying to buy a Tesla. Our goal is for the purchase and delivery experience to be fast and simple, with accurate answers to your questions. The key test is that you would recommend it to a friend.
