Letos provides good E/W money at 25/1 in the 'Tipping Tom' segment after finishing fourth and travelling beautifully throughout. Supremely West.. I tipped him at Cheltenham earlier in the year when winning wasn't the first thought and they went on the chewed up ground.

Then don't bring them. Not like he hasn't already had winners this week so the ground was fine for them. Punchestown is often pretty quick and he doesn't have issues running them there
Racing TV@RacingTV

🗣️ "Good ground is not good enough for the type of individual we are buying & trying to race. If the ground is going to be like this, we're not going to bring them." Strong words from Willie Mullins following Fact To File being announced as a non-runner in the Ryanair 👇🏻

@brodders_be I'd also be slightly wary of Gordon's alot not running well, tbf his stats at meeting with good ground is dreadful

The Champion Hurdle ran 3 seconds slower than the Supreme! The expected front runners didn’t make the running and drive the pace one bit. Not sure that helped Brighterdaysahead at all

The most in-depth preview on the Cheltenham Hunter Chase you will find is now up. This year it clocks in at over 4300 words. At this stage there are no bets they will be added after final decs, but you can read my thoughts on the 27 runners still in the race. forum.punterslounge.com/topic/193742-r…

@corachsamason That would surely be the most obvious red flag with betting patterns, but then again if Byrne's can get away with it anyone can

Re weighing in light. Connections could prime and back a horse 16/1 to 5/4 with bookies. Lose some weight somewhere. Win the race easy, lay on multiple exchange accounts anything between 1.10 and 1.01 inrunning. Then lose the race but have full exchange accounts. Possible?

@Studaawg Great for the game when he has all the best horses and the 'olympics' of the sport is just him making sure all his horses dodge each other.

@Moray_Smith I would be surprised if he was 3.25 turning up. I'd think he'd be in 2.8 Range

Reflecting on Constitution Hill's performance last night, I was left with the impression that they really want to run in the Champion Hurdle, but they would need to underpin that decision with something tangible. There was never any chance of just saying he's jumping well at home so we're rolling the dice. I wondered if they would announce that they will make the decision following a "key schooling session", which if it went well they could add to the work done by Yogi Breisner as evidence that things had been tweaked and they were moving forward responsibly, and that's the key word here ... responsibly. That schooling session has now been announced for next week, and that makes me think that if he schools ok, which I expect him to do, he will be heading to Cheltenham. Whether the work they have done has genuinely lessened his propensity to step at hurdles he meets on a long stride, who knows? I think the racecourse, with his adrenaline up, will be the only place where that question can be reliably answered. Moving on to the cold betting side of things. I'm working on a 75% chance of him lining up, Lossiemouth defecting to the Mares Hurdle, and him being a 3.25 chance on the day. That works out at a current price of 3.25 / 0.75 = 4.3 so I think his current price on Betfair (5.2) is a little bit of value. An alternative would be to simply back him to run, in the specials market. He's currently 1.4 in that v my assumed 1.33, so I believe the better value lies in the race market itself for anyone else who believes today's announcement is a big step towards his participation. Let's hope for all concerned they make the correct call.

@itvracing I’d have paid good money to see Ryan Moore do this instead. Would’ve been the most awkward ‘date’ in history…

@corachsamason I hardly think taking money you didn't win is sticking you for a bookie. Attitudes like that are a big reason the world is a shit hole, justifying your own poor behaviour by examples or hypotheticals as to how someone else might act. A bit of moral backbone is no bad thing

Punters that stick up for bookies with incidents are doing this for one reason they are getting paid by them or simply networking and looking for future work. Why would a punter stick up for a bookie it's should be us and them? The sellouts are so easy to spot on here nowadays

Another one… 🫠🥴😵‍💫 WOODRAFF (2pt) tipped at 2/1, goes off as EVENS but despite finishing very strongly was left with too much to do after racing from the back - just misses out 🥈 Been due a day like this…

**THURSDAY 12TH FEBRUARY - AI GENERATED PREDICTIONS** Light day tomorrow (lol) with just 13 picks across @LingfieldPark and @ChelmsfordCRC... try to get on quick as these will likely shorten by around 1/3rd to SP on average. Lingfield (AW) Bets: - RISING FORCE @ 9/4 - JOSEPH @ 4/1 - FAR TOO FIZZY @ 11/4 - FLICKA'S GIRL @ 15/2 - AL SHABAB @ 5/2 - HITCHED @ 5/1 - FORESEEN @ 13/2 - WOODRAFF @ 2/1 Chelmsford (AW) Bets: - ANGELICA K @ 11/4 - DYRHOLAEY @ 3/1 - TRYFAN @ 5/2 - MACHETE @ 9/2 - CRIMSON RAMBLER @ 9/4 The algorithm certainly seems to be picking up the stronger chance picks since the system update - win chance % calibration seems to have improved... Plenty of double pick races again too which I don't mind as it reduces variance. All bets live on tipstrr where they can be easily followed with target prices and best priced bookies: tipstrr.com/tipster/racebo…
